HR MANAGER

The Role:

In this role you will adapt strategies and methods in order to successfully hire top talents. You will also mentor and guide a recruitment team.

Responsibilities:
Builds, develops and manages a recruitment team of experts;
Works with the team to define strategies, priorities and process improvements for all employees;
Analyzes the labor market and works out searching strategy to increase candidates’ pipeline;
Builds a quality relationship between the different departments and their members;
Functions as overall escalation point for the department.
Requirements:
5 years’ experience in full recruitment lifecycle;
Experience in leading a team into achieving high levels of performance;
Strong people management skills – ability to build relationships of trust, respect and productive interactions;
Proven ability to analyze recruitment metrics on outcomes;
Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment;
Refined communication style along with strong presentation and organizational skills;
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time management skills;
Collaborative and consultative work style;
High level of English language.
