What we are seeking?
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong team spirit
- Student or a fresh graduate in Business administration or another relevant field
- Computer literacy - MS Office Package
- Good level of English language
What will be your role?
- Maintain archive with the company’s administrative documents
- Meet and greet visitors and provide general support
- Order office supplies and liase with different stakeholders
- Process request by a specialized software
