We, at Cargotec, are looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our MacGregor Record to Report team in Sofia. The FP&A Analyst / Controller is responsible for delivering on time reporting and analysis connected to the performance of the Business Lines, exercise cost controlling and provide insight to business development with forecast vs actual analysis.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Net Recovery Margin - provide reporting and analysis via data validation. Act as an escalation point between IM and Business. Provide insight based on defined thresholds/limits
Oversees Cost Centers related to different functions within the Business (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain)
Analysis of the financial performance of business lines based on requests
Actively contributing to the forecasting and financial planning as per defined responsibility
Prepare standard management reporting
Support decision making
Create, maintain and manage tools for financial performance management
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Support audit process
Monitor quality over financial transactions/input and financial reporting
Project management responsibilities: Manage and participate in finance data related projects; Evaluate financially different initiatives and projects.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration / Economics / Accounting or otherwise proven capability of being able to successfully master the position
5+ years of experience of working with financial planning and analysis or accounting
Experience working in data related projects, in requirement management, or in master data projects
Experience in working in a virtual organization and working with matrix reporting model
Strong knowledge and experience of all key finance processes
Good knowledge about the financial concepts, modelling and financial analyses
Interpersonal and communication skills
Presentation and training skills
Strong IT literacy; Google Tools; outstanding Excel / Google Sheets skills, SAP
Advanced knowledge of accounting
Fluent English.
