Our HR Team is growing, and we are looking for talented HR Country Coordinator for Poland, who strives to develop and grow in an international and respectful organisation. The role is a perfect mix between operational and tactical functions that combine responsibilities and dedication, essential for building the relationship between managers, employees and HR Specialists in both Local and Central organizations. The Country Coordinator works closely with Country/Region HR Managers, Global Process Owners and other Stakeholders within the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The Country Coordinator is a key figure in the organization of HR support for Poland and includes the following activities:
Acts as Single point of contact for the Cluster/Country HR manager for Poland
Supports pre and post transition activities and knowledge transfer with the future deployments to Cargotec Business Services organization
Adopts a customer-centric attitude to delivering HR services in line with SLAs, KPIs, controls and procedures
Distributes the workload of the daily activities and secures the team’s responsibilities (ex.: HR administration, Query resolution, Payroll actions and Recruitment projects, etc) are executed on time
Responds effectively to customer queries and administrate the HR related employees data for the respective countries
Facilitates the individual onboarding plan for new hired team members
Prepares regular KPIs reports and follows-up on customers’ feedback in order to identify process improvements and suggest optimization action plans
Owns and manages any changes to process documentation and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.



What you'll need to succeed:

Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in HR domain
Full professional proficiency of written and oral English is required
Polish language is considered as an advantage
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in the HR or the business field
Strong customer service focus, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Ability to prioritize and work with strict deadlines
Comfort in adapting to different ways of working across cultures and organisational hierarchies - in and outside of HR.
