Currently, we are looking to recruit a result-focused Change Manager to join our team based in Head Office Varna.


Key responsibilities:
■ Support Project Managers and Business Analysts to bring the change;
■ Build Change Management strategy: change management plan, target groups and tools;
■ Ensure regular communication to impacted employees using different channels: emails, events, video, intranet, paper materials, phone calls, etc.;
■ Follow the implementation of changes and gather feedback for future optimization;
■ Prepare post go-live reports to the management;
■ Constantly get acquainted with last trends and propose improvements on change management.


Requirements:
■ University degree in Marketing, Economics or Project Management;
■ Experience in project management and participation in organizational improvements is a plus;
■ Knowledge about business processes and/or account management is a plus;
■ Very good computer literacy;
■ Very good command of English language;
■ Result oriented attitude and creativity in finding solutions;
■ Commitment and self-initiative, team spirit, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
