Office coordinator
What will be your daily challenges?
Welcome and admission of guests and visitors
Daily communication with clients, partners, suppliers and staff over phone and email
Assisting teams responsible for event planning and implementation
Strongly supporting Recruitment team
Assisting all other departments concerning daily activities
Answering inbound calls and transferring to the appropriate staff members
Booking hotels, flights, transport for business trips
Archiving company documents
Preparation of meeting rooms for client visits
Assisting the process for issuing access cards for new joiners

Problem-solving skills and abilities for prioritization
Excellent English language skills
Advanced user of MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
