For one of ours trusted Clients - an award winning global supplier of industry leading casino content and fast flexible gaming we are looking for a Email & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their growing Marketing team.

Team Overview

The Marketing Services team is split between the London, Vegas, Seattle, Tel Aviv and Sofia offices and are responsible for growing our in-house UK-facing brand as well as supporting a number of simulated gaming websites on behalf of our B2B partner casinos. The team is central to the simulated gaming and US strategies and is therefore growing quickly and hence this opportunity.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Email & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our player retention strategy in the development and execution of our CRM and social player retention & player re-engagement strategies. This role reports into the Senior Marketing Director (with dotted line to the Retention Marketing Specialist) and is central to the continued growth in monetization of our large player databases. The successful candidate will support a broad variety of campaigns aimed at improving the retention and re-engagement performance of the online player life cycle across our global suite of real and simulated gaming websites. This position is ripe for someone looking to move into the exciting and highly innovative industry of iGaming on a global scale, and take the next step in their career.

Duties and Key Areas of Responsibilities

• We’re numbers focused and so will you be. Primarily, the Retention Marketing Email Coordinator will support the successful delivery of existing player revenue against set targets.
• You will assist in the development of a tailored Player Relationship Management scheme through deep segmentation, predictive modelling, promotions application and communication strategies;
• You will be work alongside the Retention Marketing Specialist to execute social Fan Page player communication, as well as app Push Notifications for our various partners that supports your retention email marketing campaign promotions;
• You will ensure application of brand consistency across all marcomms;
• You will provide a weekly report from set reporting templates for all your retention and re-engagement marketing activity which demonstrates the business impact e.g. satisfaction, engagement, churn, ROI, monetization, ARPDAU;

The Winning Candidate Must Demonstrate

• Advanced level in reading, writing, and speaking English;
• Bright and willing to learn - We’re looking for a hungry individual who wants to work in a team of iGaming digital marketing experts and learn the trade using cutting edge marketing tools;
• Be able to work independently and as part of a local (Sofia) and global team (US and UK) – must be able to communicate virtually and build relationships with the team in a virtual environment (not always face to face).
• A clear and concise communicator;
• Able to demonstrate good business acumen;
• Educated to graduate level within a relevant area;
• Flexible to the changing needs of the business;
• Curious and willing to challenge the status quo – we’re looking for future internet leaders and those with ambition.

Tech Abilities

• Digital tech-savvy
• You will have an interest in marketing technologies and the emerging trends in their usage;
• Experienced in working with one of the following, Salesforce, Exact Target, Smart Focus or Mailchimp or similar;
• Highly numerate with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Familiar with freemium and real money gaming models is preferable but not a requirement.
• Confident in presenting internally to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and externally to our partner brands.
• HTML experience not essential but highly regarded.
