Billing Specialist with German


Major Responsibilities:
Ensure unbilled items are issued in a timely manner in line with targets/SLA’s set
Monitoring of billing holds
Identifying system issues and logging Solution Manger tickets to resolve
Ensure business targets on billing completeness, quality and timeliness are achieved
Driving connectivity to ensure billing quality
Escalate, to the next level, any unresolved billing issue’ s in a timely manner.

Background, skills, experience and qualifications:
Fluent German language and good command of English
Experience in a similar position
Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
Adaptable to a changing environment & flexible regarding working patterns
