Your main duties include:

- Provides technical assistance to the business community in regards to the creation of
the data;
- Identify and resolve more system/vendor/ internal team problems;
- Create different reports;
- Communicate with sellers and other parties;
- Supports data and business project regarding workflow needs/opportunities;
- Ensures that any supporting documentation are provided to customers as requested.
