We are growing and expanding our portfolio of products and services therefore we are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join one of our subsidiaries HRT, a trading company selling climbing holds.

Our ideal candidate is eager to learn and ready to face challenges with an “it can be done” attitude. We, on the other side, will be happy to provide support, guidance and constructive feedback that leads to professional development and job fulfillment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative support for the Sales team: processing of orders- acceptance, forwarding to factory, follow up, organizing of shipment, invoicing.
Managing clients and website databases
Mass-mailing and Facebook campaigns
working out of miscellaneous reports, incl.regular, monthly reports using Excel;
online tender procedures for the purchase of products and shipping services
different market research (of products, partners, suppliers, sub-contractors, customers and competitors - locally and internationally)
dealing with sub-contractors and partners regarding different marketing and advertising activities.
YOU NEED TO BE:

Fluent in English
Bachelor or Master Economics or other relevant field;
Highly energetic, innovative and proactive individual;
Excellent communicator with good negotiation and presentation skills;
Self-motivated and able to work with negligible supervision.
