Position Title: Project Manager - 1 year fixed term contract

We are currently looking for Project Manager who is going to be responsible for our PowerCurve product.

Responsibilities:
Takes full responsibility and accountability for the definition, documentation and satisfactory completion of Global Delivery & Service organization deliverables driven by an operational readiness cycle plan including:
Integrated SW Development process
Global Sales
Support Regional Sales
Resources upskilling & cross skilling
Knowledge sharing to regions (Confluence)
First regional presales & delivery support
Provides effective leadership to the project team and takes appropriate action
Ensure all deliverables are delivered to the agreed Processes and tools (Confluence, JIRA)
Proactively identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained
Provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
Ensure effective collaboration and sound working relationship between all internal and external teams and contributors working on the project.
Builds and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders
Ensures Quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure.
Manages the change control procedure
Ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.
Ensure all relevant Metrics, KPI and reporting information is accurate and delivered to agreed timescales
Requirements:
Demonstrable hands on experience of delivering software development projects
Has experience of PMP or PRINCE2 project methodology or equivalent. Agile certifications appreciated. (i.e. Scrum)
Significant knowledge of the IT project lifecycle,
Significant experience of an IT or an applications development environment.
Multitasks, relates actions to goals
Goal orientated & strong delivery/milestone focus
Proven leadership, management and communication skills
Experienced in full lifecycle project management implementation
Strong planning skills
Proven ability to manage a skilled multidisciplinary global project teams working globally across different location & time zone
Strong communication and influencing skills
Confluence & JIRA tools knowledge
