Front office assistant

Duties and responsibilities:
Welcоme guests and partners in the office in a possitive attitude and kind manner;
Coordinate, organize and execute all office facility;
Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, mail deliveries and support department in organizing company events;
Work with invoices and documents;
Coordinate, negotiate terms and maintain good relations with the partners of the company - hotels, courier companies, translators and other;
Responsible for assist the colleagues with the necessary arrangements for business trips - offers for hotel prices, plane tickets, car rental, reservations for presentation halls.

Requirements:
University degree;
Previous working experience in a relevant administrative/office role – at least 1 year;
Excellent level of English – written and spoken;
Good knowledge of MS Office package;
Can-do attitude and inquisitive mind.
