KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the end-to-end talent acquisition & identification process as per SLAs, ensuring targets achievement for performance and retention of new hires
Conduct proactive talent mapping for key positions and early talent level
Utilize innovative digital tools for purposes of talent acquisition, mapping, retention and assessment
Collaborate with HRBPs, EVP team and CoEs in the development of holistic long-term talent solutions
Participate in challenging projects on a local and group level

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
Recently graduated or in process of obtaining university or college degree in HR, Business Administration or any other relevant field
Eager to learn and innovate
Experience with MS Office applications would be a plus
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Excellent collaboration and networking skills
You’re volunteering or taking an active role in student organizations, sports or have other amazing interest
