We are looking for an active and experienced professional to join the team of our client – stable and reputable company with activities in and outside Bulgaria, on the position of

HR Director

We will be happy to receive your application if you have background and you feel yourself confident to:

- Be responsible for a wide variety of human resource activities – recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, HR administration etc.
- Ensure that the HR strategy is implemented in a proper way;
- Conduct HR planning and budgeting activities;
- Lead HR team;
- Identify training needs and initiate and monitor the development of training programs.
- Provide advice and guidance to the other leaders in the company group in all issues related to the HR area;
- Evaluate trends in the labor market, make periodical analysis and statistics, propose optimizations in the processes and procedures;


We expect you to have:

- High education degree – preferably in the HR area or economic studies;
- At least 3 years managerial experience on the same or similar position in big company structure;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Very good level of English;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to travel in and outside the country;
- Well-organized and result driven personality willing to accept new challenges;
