We are currently looking for candidates for one of our trusted partners – a leading international company in the premium clothing field. To support the growth and increasing complexity of company’s business, we are looking for a bright and motivated person to join the team on the position of:
Store Manager (Premium clothing company)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze the business and create/communicate clear action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities
- Ensure team communication
- Build a Store environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive in-Store customer experience
- Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Establish customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous store management experience
- Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability
- Proven ability to network, recruit, interview, train, develop and promote associates
