For one of our clients – one of the largest contact centre providers in the world – we are looking for French Procurement Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Planning and updating daily schedules, prioritizing meetings and appointments;
* Make presentations, organize events, translate in meetings and manage document flow in the office;
* Support finance team with information on individual orders – system rights will allow to consolidate info;
* Coordinate the internal and external relations of the company;
* Preparing and submission of standard and routine documental deliverables;
* Ensure absolute compliance with corporate guidelines, ethical and financial rules;
* Provide the management team with timely and accurate reporting regarding performance trend metrics and actionable management information.

Requirements:
* Very good command of French and English, both written and verbal;
* Detail – oriented person, always striving to deliver high-quality results;
* Understanding of Procurement processes;
* Advanced MS Office – Word & Excel skills;
* Excellent time management and organizational ability.
