Trade Marketing Manager

For one of most trusted clients, international company focused in manufacturing of wide range of sweets we are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company. The ideal candidate is very strategic, knows the market and consumers well, and has experience driving growth.

Responsibilities:
Development and management of monthly and annual trade – marketing events, promotions,qualifications in different sales channels;
Active communication and support of a local distributor and sales force – preparation of presentations of trade-marketing activities;
Analisys of the effectiveness of the trade-marketing activities and reporting;
Analysis of the effectiveness of the trade-marketing activities of competitors, systematization of data;
Interaction with companies / partners providing marketing services;
Planning of the marketing budget and analysis of the effectiveness of trade marketing activities;
Developing of standards of the Company for positioning of products in different types of point of sales;
Requirements:
University education, preferably at marketing, PR, advertising or commerce field;
Experience as Sales and Marketing/Marketing/Trade Marketing Manager or KAM in FMCG sector at least 2 years;
Experience with event organization;
Ability to work within authorized budgets;
Strong administrative & organizational skills;
Analytical, planning and forecasting skills;
Able to work as part of an international team, but also independently;
Strong knowledge in MS Office, knowledge in photoshop is an advantage;
Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
