Front Office Coordinator

Our client is one of the leading producer and supplier of industrial gases in the Bulgarian market. For them, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as:

Front Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Hands on management of direct contact with customer;
Handles complaints and specific customers requests;
Optimizes front office processes: Order taking, claim management, queries resolution;
Collaborates closely with sales, business development, marketing and logistics departments;
Participates in customer satisfaction surveys and other various sales and marketing initiatives;
Initiates and coordinates all communication to customer (customer campaigns);
Ensures company’s policies and security requirements are met;
Contributes to the back-office processes (Customer master data & contract management, Sales support,etc.);
As a member of the Customer Service Center team the candidate will participates in answering inbound calls and mails from customers, recording and entering the customer orders manually to ERP, informing customer on the delivery of their order and etc.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the area of customer service;
Familiar with ERP and CRM environments;
SAP and/or BAR+ will be considered as a plus;
International exposure will be a plus;
Customer-oriented person;
Enthusiastic and out-going, strong communication and presentation skills;
Cooperative, Team Player, a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead a team;
Autonomous & well organized, takes initiatives whenever is needed;
Ability to deal with complaints and give accurate information;
Positive, innovative and open minded;
Multi tasking and problem solving skills.
