We are currently looking for a candidate for our client, an American company, which offers software and hardware solution in sales and services.

Sales Account Advisor with French or Swedish + English.



Responsibilities:
Completes outbound calls to customer base and/or e-mail communications to existing or prospective customers on company initiatives such as: standard outcall campaigns, event recruitment, or vendor leads.
Meet set targets and maintain the existing customer base and revenue.
Actively calls out to assigned customers to inquire about additional sales opportunities.
Probes for add on solution selling opportunities during customer engagement conversations.
Verify pricing and expiration dates with end customers and resellers partners
Advises and recommend on product options, add-ons and solutions best suited for customer and their end users.

Skills & Qualifications
Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience;
Good working level of English + French or Swedish.
Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
Strong organizational skills and problem solving agility also required
Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
