Our client is one of the pioneering companies in the forefront of the International construction sector, specializing in the construction of high rise buildings, industrial plants, land development issues, and large scale projects. We are seeking career minded and independent individuals for a full-time position of Receptionist/Office Assistant.

Responsibilities:

● Answer phone calls in a professional manner, ensuring prompt and positive customer experience
● Welcoming visitors, clients, vendors upon arrival
● Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
● Monitor and order the office supplies (water, coffee, biscuits and etc.), communication with
vendors
● Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
● Supporting the HR team in some activities, related to new employees, social benefits, reports and
● Communication with institutions and partners of the company providing services for the
employees.
● Support the General Manager in organizing his agenda
● Perform other administrative and office tasks
● Organizing company events

Requirements:

● Fluent written and spoken Bulgarian & English
● Professional level of Turkish is an advantage
● Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
● Detail – oriented, with ability for multitasking
● Self - disciplined and very active individual
● Working knowledge of office equipment
● Organizational and time management skills
● Precision when performing the given tasks
● Team player with a warm and friendly attitude
