On behalf of our client, we are looking for experienced professionals for the role of
Technical Consultant with German



Responsibilities:
Resolve technical and non-technical questions and inquiries from customers, partners, and field reps by answering questions/problems and creating appropriate workarounds or solutions to these problems.
Identify and resolve customer’s request, problem or incident using the relevant knowledge base tools and other resources
Testing and evaluating new product releases after a training
Continually learning new product features and maintaining technical expertise in a wide range of products
Participate in all internal meetings and feedback sessions;
Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support;


Requirements:
Excellent command of German and good English
Excellent of MS Office;
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
Excellent time-management skills
