Invoice Administrator

On behalf of our client, an international company, we are currently seeking bright professionals for the role of Contracts Administrator.


Purpose of the Position

This role requires a person to support daily activities and the leadership of the operations department by their experience, skills and demonstrated behavior.


Responsibilities

The duties will include:
Review contracts issued by trading;
Update the daily cash log for wire transfers used and cash receipts;
Receive, reconcile, and settle invoices for broker commission;
Review, reconcile, and record vessel disbursement accounts.

Requirements:
More than 1 year of experience in administration processes or accounting processes;
Very good level of English;
Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics or similar is an advantage;
Good user knowledge of MS Office and possibly an accounting general ledger software;
Attention to details.
