For one of our most trusted clients, manufacturer of automotive products, we are looking for :

Regional Sales Representative.

Your task will be to take responsibility for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in Bulgaria to achieve sales volume and profitability. Performance of all necessary actions in the Bulgarian market to fulfill existing customer base needs and to acquire new customers for company’s distributors. Development of fruitful business relationships and growth of company’s share in customer’s portfolio.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility for delivering the yearly volume targets and other indicators as well as for notifying the direct manager in case of incidents or potential risks that may affect business or brand image in his area;
Coordination and leadership of sales action plans;
Responsibility for coordinating contract signing with new/existing customers delivered by the company to importers while monitoring agreements implementation and respecting the timeframe;
Conduct of market research and competitor and customer data analysis to identify sales opportunities;
Performance of market visits in the area of responsibility and proposal of activities to increase company‘s share;
Visit of workshops, spare parts shops and other automotive aftermarket POS and improvement of company‘s product mix in customer’s portfolio and brand visibility;
Working together with Cluster Manager to develop dedicated co-marketing activities with compamy’s partners while monitoring and reporting the implementation using specific processes and documents provided;
Customer complaint handling and resolution;
JOB REQIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years commercial experience in B2B sales, experience in automotive area/automotive lubrcants is an advantage;
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven record of established credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners;
Focus on “added value selling” and an enthusiastic approach to customer service;
Very good verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to create, compose and proof written materials;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Spoken and written English – at least level B1/B2;
Willingness to travel (driving license B): The position requires 25 % of time away from home.
