Due to the business needs of one of our trusted clients, a global production and technology company, we are currently looking to hire a motivated and experienced professional for the position of

Training and Development Manager


Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the full range of Learning and Development processes in the company in compliance with the business strategy and company budget. Prepare the annual budget related to the function;
Lead and manage a team of Learning and Development professionals;
Consult and cooperate with HR and business leaders regarding the learning and development needs of employees based on current and future strategic plans;
Create and facilitate challenging and personally engaging learning experiences and develop effective learning tools (job aids, quick reference guides, pod casts, e-learning);
Manage the full development life-cycle from inception to delivery and measurement of the initiatives effectiveness;
Deliver live and virtual learning programs. Coordinate, schedule and manage individual training sessions. Train assigned instructors (“train the trainer”) on effective training techniques as required;
Evaluate the efficacy of learning programs. Ensure programs and outcomes are aligned with business objectives and goals;
Deploy existing talent programs and contribute to the development of new talent programs in collaboration with business and HR leaders;
Manage the company engagement survey from inception to delivery and action planning.

Job Requirements:
5 years of HR experience, preferably with at least three years’ exposure in L&D, talent management or organizational development;
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Occupational and Organizational Psychology or related field required;
Experience operating within large organizations (preferably matrixed);
Very good facilitation, training and coaching skills;
Knowledge and experience with advanced learning and development solutions and tools;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization;
Flexible, team-oriented, quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize;
Root cause diagnostic skills and ability to create tailored solutions;
People and Project Management skills;
Ability to travel to our locations in Botevgrad and Plovdiv.
