Job Description

We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to join our DA SaaS Solutions team.

The Product Analyst will assist in the development, roll-out, and positioning of Decision Analytics SaaS solutions. Contribute to the creation of associated materials to facilitate the positioning and roll-out of solutions in each of Experian’s chosen global markets and delivery centers.

Responsibilities:
· Identification and tracking of global market initiatives for SaaS solutions development.
· Work closely with regional market teams to ensure SaaS solutions meet the needs of the market.
· Support and administer the creation of global SaaS solutions roadmaps and strategies, including tracking and reporting.
· Build and create internal and client facing collateral: including presentations, demos and prototypes.
· Conduct software demonstrations to internal and external audiences.
· Provide specialist knowledge support when required to pre-sales support teams.
· Support and/or create demonstration systems and prototypes for products / solutions for use in sales support and SaaS solutions launches.
· Collaborate with delivery, development, finance and marketing teams as required.
· Use a market-driven approach to product positioning and support the growth of Experian PowerCurve SaaS solutions, working closely with all global and regional product owners
· Work proactively with 6 regional product management and pre-sales teams, the strategic marketing & research team to support local execution of approved product initiatives.
· Participate in the process of feeding back the associated requirements to fellow product managers to ensure they are reflected in software development plans and the product roadmap.
· Take an active part in all team initiatives/activities as required within the Global Product Management Team

Qualifications

Requirements:

Experience:
· Ideally 1-2 years of Product Analyst / Marketing experience.
· Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Marketing, or related field.
· Ideally, experience with UX/UI development platforms and/or experience in the creation of demos, prototypes, and wireframes.
· Ideally previous experience with platforms and systems such as Aha! Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira.
· Previous experience with financial and sales reporting is a plus.
· Ideally Knowledge of the banking industry, Telco industry, or financial sector.
· Working knowledge of marketing and/or software product management principles.
· Ideally Market and product knowledge in the decision management software.

Skills:
· Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
· Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate software products, explaining their functionality clearly and concisely.
· A good understanding of how client insight should influence the development process.
· An independent worker and a self-starter with the ability to work in a cross-functional team - A team player in a highly demanding environment whilst demonstrating high levels of integrity.
· Proactive, organized, with the aptitude to deliver to planned timescales, work to deadlines and maintain attention to details.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write high quality documentation.
· Enthusiastic, willing to learn and desire to grow with the role.
· A good understanding of the development lifecycle, including familiarity with project management concepts.
· Strong influencing skills and be able to interface with business, analytics, operations, development and marketing personnel.
· Good innovation skills and creative thinking.
