For one of our trusted client - we are looking for Operations and Customer Service Executive:

Operations and Customer Service Executive

Your main tasks will include:
Calculates transit-times and shipment prices;
Selects routings by deciding on a single or combination of transportation-types;
Invoices and checking shipments and prepares them for transport;
Manages the store room;
Builds and maintains strong relationships to contractors, transporters, government agencies and etc.;
Monitors shipments during the transport and reacts immediately to any deviation from the plan;
Prioritize most important information;
Manages the store-room;
Checks all transport documents.

Requirements:
B2 or upper level of English language;
A person with advanced communication and negotiation skills;
Self-motivated, with ability to work efficiently in a commercial environment;
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
