Speedflow is opening a new branch: the Printing Company “EK” specialized in hardcover book printing for publishing companies.We are open for those looking for new opportunities, ready to pave new ways and become a better version of themselves everyday.
Our main goal is the establishment of long-term relations with our partners, clients and employees, based on principles of reliability and decency.
We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Managing the full cycle of recruitment (coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, arranging and conducting interviews, active search etc.)
2. Developing and providing employee orientation programs
3. Supporting current and future business needs through effective employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, motivation and training
4. Developing motivation, compensation and benefits programs)
5. Ensuring company compliance with all existing government regulations and labour regulations and requirements
6. Maintaining employee attendance records, preparing vacation schedule
7. Organizing official business travels
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager (preferably in a Manufacturing Company)
• Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian labour legislation
• Practical experience in developing motivation, compensation and benefits programs
• Good command of English
• Russian language will be considered a big advantage
• Ability to manage and prioritize time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility, organization, initiative, proactivity
