The Jr. Financial Systems Specialist has comprehensive understanding for the global corporate financial systems and will assist in training activities, including user support.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Cadency process in the SSC and Globally:
Standard maintenance activities
User provisioning
User support
Support Hyperion:
Standard maintenance activities
User provisioning
SharePoint and documentation:
SharePoint administration
Prepare, maintain and update training materials
Month end close communication:
Gather and document changes
Prepare .ppt
Communicate
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or equivalent formal education
Broad understanding of finance and financial systems; Knowledge of HFM would be considered as advantage
Solid understanding of multi-currency general ledger and reporting systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Fluent communication in English (written and oral) and presentation skills
Strong ability to handle multiple demands with sense of urgency, drive and energy
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
