We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious person who wants to develop in the human resources field and become a part of our team as Recruitment Consultant for an internal project

Responsibilities:
Coordination of recruitment projects in the manufacturing field;
Doing searches for relevant candidates for different positions;
Organizing and holding meetings with potential candidates;
Introduction and implementation of instructions for hired employees;
Administration of the entire document turnover of employees;
Monitoring the correct execution of the work process;
Monitoring compliance of the safety rules by employees.

Basic requirements:
Previous experience in the recruitment sphere;
Knowledge of manufacturing companies and their processes;
Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office;
Good level of English - verbal and written;
Result - oriented;
Responsibility, loyalty and teamwork skills.
