On behalf of one of our client in the FMCG sector, we are looking for dedicated HR and People development specialist to join their team.

At the core of HR and People development specialist's responsibilities, is managing and overseeing HR functions, implementing policies, and working strategically to improve employee engagement and retention. The position works closely with employees to address their needs and ensure company policies are upheld.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop the performance management process in the company
• Technically lead the administrative processes of the system and continuously work on its improvement and new functionalities
• Communicate, organize and provide operational support to the colleagues
• Support management in training and development programs for employees in the company
• Communicate, administrate and provide operational support with internal and external trainings for development based on analysis of the employees` needs
• Implement new functionalities and provide technical support to the digital and virtual training platform
• Create and maintain a base of digital and virtual training content based on those of priority for the company
• Take part in the process of elaborating brand-new practices in their functional area.


What you would need to be the right fit:

• 2+ years of previous experience in performance management / people development processes
• Knowledge in Software in HR management tools/ systems
• Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a similar field
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in English – C1
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstration of good analytical thinking
• Good attention to detail
