What will be your daily challenges?
Perform sourcing and screening of candidates’ resumes
Conduct interviews with candidates (phone or face-to-face) and assess their competencies, qualifications, skills and previous employment
Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers and candidates’ pipeline
Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives
Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
Promote the mission, vision and culture of TELUS International
What are our expectations?
Fluency in Turkish
Very good level of English
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Positive and professional attitude
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to details
Negotiation and facilitation abilities
Experience in an outsourcing industry is a strong advantage
Bachelor Degree or current study in Human Resources, Psychology or related area
