Our partner is an innovative company creating and designing a unique gaming product. They have developed large communities in 5 countries and are currently expanding on new markets. They are looking for creative and communicative people to join their team on the position of Community manager and turn their passion for social media, content and community management into a successful career.

As a Community Manager you will:
Manage all the communication channels (support tickets, message boards, facebook, twitter, discord)
Build and develop long-term relationships with all stakeholders
Expand company’s business on new markets
Plan and develop strategies for increasing engagement
Create and moderate the written content
We are looking for You and your skills:
Fluency in German or Italian and B2 level in English;
Open and communicative attitude;
Experience with launching community initiatives – an advantage;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proven ability to prioritize and multitask among various channels;
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving & planning skills;
Strong attention to detail and commitment to the delegated tasks and responsibilities;
Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow and be up-to-date with the trends and the best practices;
Strong interest in games and experience with gaming is important;
