University degree
Computer literacy, very good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Good English language skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Actively participate in the study of the customer experience
Actively participate, plan, organize and support Customer Journeys creation
Take part in different projects connected with customer experience improvement
Participate in the preparation of various analysis and reports
Make analysis and interpretation of the customer’s voice
Explore and propose how to implement new and innovative approaches, methods, and indicators for measuring and increasing customer experience
Act as an internal facilitator/trainer upon interest
Participate in Talent management programs and other activities
