GLOBAL PERFORMANCE ANALYST (REMEDYFORCE & DATA)
Position summary
The CBS Global Performance Analyst will analyze the performance of process operations and produce performance reports and dashboards. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling data and metrics in reports and dashboards, analyzing for performance trends and hot spots, and partnering with clients to enable performance improvement. You will utilize performance measurement frameworks, metrics, goals, user needs, and benefits which serve as tools for analyzing the performance of a process or capability.

Major Tasks
Lead metric/report production and support for CBS Request Operations executed in RemedyForce and Remedy
Evaluate performance and drive performance improvement for CBS Request Operations and CBS Data (MDM) Operations
Draft improvement project charters supported by data.
Analyze metric production business requirements and create detailed technical specifications, designs and solutions to meet those requirements and streamline, simplify and automate metric production where possible.
Partner with leadership and the team to identify and manage the core set of metrics needed to measure performance.
Create easy to use reports and visualization dashboards that have defined audiences and usage, adhering to design standards and provide training to the teams on their usage.
Coordinate and optimize the inventory of reports and dashboards used to measure performance.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Advanced/Fluent English
Advanced report design and development skills with PowerBI (reporting tool) and a data lake (i.e. Cargill Data Platform)
Experience analyzing data and metrics to identify hot spots and trends and communicating findings and recommendations to leaders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience owning, implementing and supporting reports or applications in production environments
Experience designing and implementing robust operational reporting Expertise with spreadsheet application (Excel)
Experience extracting data from databases
