Junior Talent Sourcer

Main Responsibilities:
Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates, regarding the open roles both via phone and personally;
Updating frequently the Data Base system of the company;
Searching for innovating, tactical and alternative ways and sources of potential candidates;
Creating posts, job ads and working with the social media channels.
