Training and Development Expert with German


Main Responsibilities:

- On-boarding introductions on the freshly hired;
- Continuous-improvement trainings on internal systems and self-development, following the documentation flow;
- Motivating the newest employees and supporting them throw-out adaptation period.

Job requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of trainer/teacher experience or relatable positions, in call centre or customer support organization is advantage;
- Basic or advanced e technical knowledge ( IT Troubleshooting, touch with different operating systems, etc.)
- Minimum level of English (B2) and German (C1) is a must.
