Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of one of our partner - a trusted leader in market research - as an:
HR SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
· Support system implementations/upgrades, policy and procedure changes and other HR initiatives;
· Identifying and solve issues for better HR efficiency;
· Manage escalations by engaging partners in HR and troubleshoot;
· Participated in case management related to HR subject matters.
Requirements:
· Relevant university degree;
· Experience in HR sector (preferably as a HR Generalist) – minimum 2 years;
· Fluent in English (written and spoken);
· Very good MS Office skills;
· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills;
· Excellent communication skills.
