Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of our partner:

Responsibilities:

Partnering with hiring teams to manage customer expectations;
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs;
Develop and improve talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans;
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research;
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement;
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives and identification of top performers;
Supervise the workload of the all recruitment-related vendors.

Requirements:

Relevant University degree;
Experience in a similar position – at least 2 years in BPO or other fast-paced business environment;
Thorough knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques;
Understanding of market dynamics and sound business assessment;
Strong project management and leadership skills;
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Professional experience using MS Office.
