Currently we, at Cargotec, are looking to attract an HR Advisor for the Bulgarian country HR team to act as a country representative providing input and guidance on country-specific expertise at number of HR process, eg. employee relations, recruitment, internal communication, learning and development, etc.

Please note that this is a temporary position and we offer a fixed-term contract.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

HR Advisory (60%):
Ensuring efficient employment life cycle HR processes and HR yearly clock actions, implementation of country HR policies
Conduct local on-boarding and exit procedures
Responsible for local employee relations and initiatives (including co-operation with respective stakeholders)
Ensure data quality and accuracy in HR systems
Responsible for internal communication – support engagement initiatives, updates of internal communication platforms and common mailing groups, organize and assist with site level events.
Assist in organization and management of local competence development programs
Support Cargotec HR annual cycle processes (performance and development initiatives, salary reviews, L&D calendar, etc.)
Benefits administration
Health and safety.

Recruitment (40%):
Responsible for recruitment end- to-end process (supporting hiring managers, job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, on-line testing, scheduling interviews) for dedicated functions
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, referrals, job boards, university boards, recruitment agencies and events
Create and manage recruitment events calendar; coordinate and organize Cargotec participation in recruitment events.
Collaborate with the recruitment team when needed.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
3+ years of previous experience in human resource processes
Knowledge of local labor law
Experience with HR systems and tools, such as SAP Success Factors, is a great plus
Full professional proficiency of written and verbal English required
Exceptional customer service focus and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
