HR PAYROLL TRAINEE
Job Purpose and Impact
The role serves internal project within the Service Desk teams. It is responsible for a re-design of a shared electronic files of employees, splitting of a PDF documents and distributing them to the right sub-folders. The role also serves a various administration activities related to a sensitive personal data, saving it to the correct electronic files and keeping the records up-to-date. The role will use tools for slicing PDF scanned docs.

The position will:
operate on a computer (via Outlook, applications for PDF amendment etc.;
execute T&A administrative tasks;
be involved in other administrative projects within the CBS Service Desk teams according to the need.
Key Accountabilities

HR Administration:

Creating employee profile in T&A system;
Checking correctness of employee bookings in T&A system
Working on requests mainly connected with T&A
Distributing invoices sent by vendors
Manage the distribution of the documentation to the right folder for employees;
Searching for missing documents in the data base and moving the document to the right sub-folder;

Other:

Participate in additional projects within the GHRSO assigned by the direct manager
Qualifications
Good level of English language proficiency (B2/C1) both written and spoken;
University education or ongoing;
Experience in HR administration or administrative role/training is an advantage;
Excellent administration skills;
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Good technical PC knowledge;
Good command on Microsoft applications
