YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain a strong working relationship with control owners, edu-cating them about internal controls and internal control compliance requirements through an effective and cooperative approach.
• Identify key risk areas within the organization and propose appro-priate controls to mitigate the risks via participation of cross-fun-ctional projects, meetings etc.
• Identify possible root causes for observed control weaknesses and provide recommendations for methods for improvement of con-trol procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on internal control best practices and regulatory changes that may impact CCH’s internal control environment.
• Review the control activities performed by the control owners.
• Align on control deficiencies with control owners and assist in the preparation of management remediation actions.
• Track their progress and highlight risk areas.
 
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience, preferably within FMCG environment or within a Big Four company.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• ACA or ACC fully/ partially qualified professional.
• CIA/ CFE qualifications are desirable.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent command of a second CCH language is advantage.
• Experience of ERP is essential and knowledge of SAP is advantage.
• Advanaced knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
