HR AND RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of our partner, an international company, as an:
HR AND RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
• Managing the full employee life cycle from recruitment, hiring, induction to exit;
• Creating job advertisements and searching for the most appropriate candidates;
• Maintains and updates the employees related data;
• Providing managers and applicants with HR support;
• Suggesting improvements and taking part in new initiatives;
• Actively participates in other HR related projects.
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources or relevant field;
• 1 year experience on a similar position;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
• Good MS Office knowledge;
• Proactive and positive attitude, strong multitasking individuality;
• Driving license - active driver, willing to travel in the country.
