Our client is an international company. We are looking for a proactive specialist in field of Human Resources :

HR Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Proactively build excellent working relationship with key internal clients and seek to understand their business challenges;
• Provide coaching and support in all areas of talent management, including selection, on-boarding, development, engagement and retention, and off-boarding of talent;
• Analyse and interpret complex employee related information and trends to improve HR KPI's and propose change insights;
• Inspire and lead the local HR team to ensure proper workforce administration and constant alignment between L&D and Performance Management agendas and business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources related fields (psychology, communication, sociology, etc.);
• Good level of English language;
• Experience in this role;
• Facilitator skills and conflict management;
• Resilient and flexible person;
• Availability for relocation.
