In regards to the development of company activities, we are looking for a motivated, responsible and long-term oriented personality for the position:

Hotel Manager with French

General Duties:

- Maintains and develops positive relationships with the tour operators, suppliers, sales representatives, as well as with the public organs and administration;
- Coordinates and controls the hotel complex departments’ activities, plans and collaboration;
- Develops evaluation and analysis methods for the different departments work;
- Prepares financial analysis, plans and reports to the management;
- Solves emerging issues and takes cared of related ad hoc tasks;
- Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy to improve efficiency;
- Monitors for company procedures adherence;
- Recruits, trains and motivates the personnel.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field;
- At least two years of experience on a similar role - Department Manager/Hotel Manager;
- Experience in managing and motivating people and teams;
- Very good command of French;
- Advanced computer literacy;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to adapt and follow the company culture;
- Excellent multitasking skills.
