We are looking for a highly passionate person to fulfill the role of Administrative Coordinator with Health and Safety focus working on the following tasks:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Be a central contact for administration, health and safety and important company activities.
• Conduct ongoing analysis and evaluation of compliance programs and implement changes as necessary.
• Establish priorities and develop policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary representative for the Company with local regulatory agencies as Notary public, Ministry of the internal affairs of Republic of Bulgaria – Migration Directorate, as well as any other services of administrative control and lead compliance site inspections.
• Ensure the office meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
• Check completed work by contractors and vendors
• File maintenance, proof read and processing various types of documents
• Managing of the on boarding of new employees including provision of essential equipment and pass through necessary training and induction requirements concerning administrative, IT and health and safety areas.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
• Co-ordination of landlord site visits and inspections.
• Oversee and coordinate between security and facilities/construction inspection programs and review reports of accidents, hazard complaints, incident reports, injuries and near misses and investigate causes; identify areas of high injury and accident rates and develop safety programs to address them.
• Administering employee health and welfare plans
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• In coordination with all the Departments of the company, respond to all employee health, safety, and environmental concerns within the workplace/workshops.
• Support other assigned functions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Human Resources/Administrative position;
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration Health science, Human Resources, Environmental safety or closely related field or equivalent years of experience;
• Fluent written and spoken Bulgarian & English
• Very good priority management, problem analysis and organization skills;
• Comfortable at dealing with all levels in the organization;
• Have knowledge of applicable local laws, regulations, guidelines and standards regarding environmental health and safety;
• Able to learn new concepts, techniques, regulations, certifications as required;
• Ability to work to deadlines and juggle a varied and busy workload
