For our trusted partner, a leading global cabling and connectivity solution provider, we are looking for a motivated professional for the position of:

Global Process Development Engineer

Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
Utilize statistical tools and data analysis techniques to evaluate process performance
Lead and participate in process validation and qualification activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve overall product quality
Provide technical expertise and support to production teams
Evaluate and select equipment and technologies to support process development
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation

Requirements:
Technical University degree
Proven experience within a manufacturing environment, at least 3 years
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and tools
Knowledge about Lean methodology and tools
Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
Excellent command of English – daily communication with foreign colleagues
