We are looking for an energetic HR person with at least 3 years of experience preferably in an IT company to join our team of 3 HRs. We will be happy to welcome a new team member to contribute with their knowledge, skills, and creativity and expand our present practices together.

Job Role:
Engage with colleagues and support them throughout their professional growth.
Consult the leadership on effective and efficient practices regarding people engagement and retention.
Welcome, onboard and engage new team members.
Create moments that cannot be forgotten - events, appreciations.
Lead training sessions and identify new learning & development opportunities.
Requirements:
Overview and experience in all internal HR processes - onboarding, performance management, events management, benefits, internal communication, trainings, culture.
Excellent communication skills. The ones that build trust, long-term relations and get along with diverse personalities.
HR vibe - be able to balance between different people and situations, find solutions, accept decisions, lead change.
Ability to work both - as a team, where we brainstorm new ideas and support their implementation, and autonomously to accomplish necessary results.
Striving to always deliver better than last time.
