For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Help
Desk Representative for an Industry-Leading Product with Slovenian or Czech.

Responsibilities:
*Provide friendly and efficient support via chat, email, and phone;
*Assist users with troubleshooting and product-related questions;
*Log all customer interactions clearly and accurately;
*Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly;
*Ensure customer satisfaction by following support guidelines;
*Keep up to date with product changes and company policies.

Qualifications:
*Fluent in Slovenian or Czech, with good English skills;
*Previous support experience is a plus;
*Strong communication and problem-solving abilities;
*Able to multitask and work in rotating shifts;
*Basic tech skills and troubleshooting knowledge are welcome;
*Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
