We are looking for motivated and determined candidate to become part of our team - Data scientist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to process, clean and verify the integrity of data from multiple sources
Provide insights for improving data collection procedures and solutions
Ability to handle complex and disjointed datasets, along with data mining and manipulating and querying data at scale
Select features, build and optimize statistical models, make Ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

Ability to program and analyze data in scripting language: Python or R, and willingness to switch to Python
Knowledge of pros and cons of different statistical concepts
Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL
Independent person, willing both to learn and to share knowledge with his/her colleagues
A keen eye for detail, good at spotting problems and quickly proposing solutions
University degree in the field of economics, statistics or mathematics
Fluency in English

ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ABILITIES AND SKILLS WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE:

Experience/ Knowledge of Hadoop, PySpark (Spark dataframes), other Big data tools/technologies (AWS, Azure, Google or other cloud platform)
Experience (or interest) in telecom industry with a focus on customer behavior
Version control like Git, BitBucket
Familiar with Agile methodologies/tools (Jira)
Experience in marketing field
