Position Title: HR Business Partner
For our Human Resources team in Bulgaria we are looking for a HR Business Partner.
The person in this role will be the main driver of delivering our People strategy for its business clients’ group and to reach business objectives by linking mapping people solutions to the business strategy in the contexts of the Experian culture.
The HR Business Partner works collaboratively with managers to proactively identify areas where HR can add value and lead implementation of people solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with managers to address operational, talent, and talent lifecycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, employee relations, workforce planning, talent growth and development, engagement and retention
• Deliver excellent customer service by building strong, effective, proactive working relationships with internal customers, peers and colleagues.
• Provide expert advice on a range of HR queries from the business, in accordance to organizational policy and legislative requirement.
• Contribute HR expertise to business meetings with managers and designs and drives people solutions to support business objectives.
• Advise management on key organisational structure and role issues to ensure that the optimum structure for the business is embedded.
• Assist managers in the effective use of tools and processes to engage, inspire and develop people in the organization, ensuring that the principles are applied consistently and fairly to deliver outcomes that drive performance and deliver business objectives.
• Work proactively with Management Team to identify risks related to the business and suggests and drives initiatives to address them
• Champion Experian culture and values, supports managers to reinforce this culture in their teams
• Diagnose problems, identify appropriate solutions, influence the business leaders with data-driven recommendations, and drive change
• Owns and drives cross-site topics related to people engagement
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience as HR professional, experience in HRBP or HR Management role will be considered an advantage
• Proven track of partnering with business for high results
• Able to understand business goals and objectives and proactive in developing solutions to support them
• Confidence to express and defend a point of view in a respectful of the other party manner
• Interpersonal Skills – able to communicate, interact and work well with others; open to other ideas and inputs; works with others to find a mutually agreeable outcome.
• Customer Focus – respond promptly to business and stakeholder’s needs; seek feedback to improve service; meet commitments; initiative-proactive, self-starter; looks for opportunities for improvement and implements; suggests and develops innovative approaches and ideas; gets involved in new things.
• Communication – strong oral and written communication skills; clear and persuasive; listens to others and seeks clarification, contributes and gives input to discussion.
• Strategic thinking and commercial understanding – understand business goals and objectives and seeks to develop initiatives to support these; identifies threats and opportunities; understands business implications of decisions
• Have good understanding of data and trends and support line managers in meeting targets.
• Excellent English language skills
